Whoever is hosting the owners data should have a solution available and it is important that the owner of the data realize what that solution is and understand how it will be protected. Having true policies and procedures needs to be a top priority for the owner of the data in order to keep the integrity of your message and data secure.

The difference between having an average security solution and advanced one could be a few bucks; however the payoff of securing the important information could save you more money in the future.
